These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Artglass s.r.o. (hereinafter "Seller") and customers (hereinafter "Buyer") regarding inquiries and delivery of glass lighting, sculptural installations, and art pieces.

2. Inquiries and Orders
- Products presented on the website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.
- Inquiries can be submitted via the contact form or by email.
- Based on your inquiry, we will prepare an individual offer including price, delivery timeline, and payment terms.
- A contract is concluded only upon written confirmation of the order by both parties.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are determined individually based on product specification.
- Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms are part of the individual offer (typically 50% deposit upon order, balance before dispatch).
4. Delivery
- Delivery time is set individually based on the scope of the project (typically 8–16 weeks).
- Delivery includes transport and optional installation as agreed.
- The Seller provides worldwide installation of lighting fixtures and installations by its own team.
5. Bespoke Products
Most of our products are manufactured to order according to individual client requirements. For bespoke products:
- Exact specification is part of the order (dimensions, materials, surface finishes).
- Specification changes after production has started may affect the price and delivery time.
- Bespoke products cannot be returned due to their unique nature.
6. Warranty
- All products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of handover.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, maintenance, or installation by a third party.
7. Complaints
Please submit complaints without undue delay to info@artglass.cz. We will resolve complaints within the statutory period of 30 days.
8. Copyright
All website content (text, photographs, design, videos) is protected by copyright. Use without written consent of Artglass s.r.o. is prohibited.
9. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
These terms and conditions are effective from April 1, 2026.
